To give your order the best possible chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by:

We’re working around the clock to prepare, produce, and ship your order as quickly as humanly possible.
Your canvas will receive priority handling all season long. ❤️
📦 Shipping & Processing
Processing Time:
• Custom portrait mockups are created within 48 hours after receiving your pet photo.
Shipping Time (U.S. Only):
• After we receive your approval of the mockup, printing and delivery takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location.
• A tracking number will be sent once your canvas print is shipped.
🎨 Mockup & Approval
• A digital mockup will be emailed to you for approval before your portrait is finalized.
• Please review it carefully — no changes can be made after approval.
• Be sure to check your email (and spam folder) promptly to avoid delays.
⚠️ Returns & Refunds
• All items — including digital portraits and printed canvas versions — are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once your order is placed and the mockup is approved.
• Please make sure your uploaded photo is accurate at checkout.

📸 Image Upload Guidelines
For the best Andy Warhol-style pop art canvas of your dog, please follow these tips:
- High-resolution photo (min. 1500x1500px; JPG or PNG, max. 10MB).
- Good lighting – natural or bright indoor light, no heavy shadows or glare.
- Neutral/simple background preferred (we’ll simplify busy ones if needed).
- Centered & clear face – close-up headshots/portraits work best.
- One pet per image (per canvas order).
- Colors will be stylized for pop art effect and may vary in finished canvas
- We review your upload and will contact you if a new image is needed.
- Mockups: we will email you a mockup of the stylized portrait for your approval before your art goes into print.
- You have 2 (two) mockup revisions in total per order.
