Meet Dillon

 

 

Some dogs come into your life and quietly change everything.

Dillon was that dog.

He was a rescue with a playful spirit, a gentle heart, and a personality that made friends wherever he went. He reminded us every day to slow down, enjoy the little moments, and appreciate the unconditional love that only a dog can give.

Years ago, while living in California, Dillon inspired us to create Dillon's Place. What began as a small online shop for dog lovers quickly grew into something much more. Every product we offered was chosen, tested, approved—or occasionally "borrowed"—by our biggest four-legged quality inspector.

When life brought us to Florida, Dillon came along for the adventure. So did Dillon's Place. Together we continued growing, learning, and creating products for fellow pet lovers who understand that pets are never "just pets." They're family.

Then, unexpectedly, our world changed.

We lost Dillon far sooner than we ever imagined.

For a while, we weren't sure if Dillon's Place should continue. It felt impossible to imagine building a business without the dog who inspired it in the first place.

But after a lot of reflection, we realized something important.

Dillon's story didn't end.

It simply became something new.

Today, Dillon's Place has evolved into a Pet Portrait Studio, dedicated to celebrating the incredible bond between people and the pets they love. Every Warhol portrait and every Signature Watercolor Portrait we create is designed from your pet's actual photograph, because we believe every marking, every expression, and every little detail tells part of their story.

Our goal has never been to create "just another picture."

It's to create artwork that brings a smile every time you walk past it, sparks conversations, and preserves memories that deserve to be remembered for years to come.

And then there's Dillon's Corner - a small collection of toys and keepsakes that have been part of Dillon's Place over the years. They remind us where this journey began and celebrate the dog who inspired it all.
