We are all fit and well and have put extra precaution measures in place for our staff as well as for the packaging and shipping process. That being said we’re facing a slow-down in delivery speed. In the current state of daily change we are constantly receiving new messages about shipping changes and delays. This doesn’t come as a surprise as even Amazon, the fastest shipper in the entire world, had to forfeit on their same day/next day Prime offers for tens of thousands of products. The USPS is considering a shut down and while on one side it may sound attractive that you won’t receive any invoices in the mail for a while, it creates an enormous problem on the logistical side.
We kindly ask for your patience when it comes to the delivery of your order(s). We are doing everything in our power to process and ship as fast as possible but at the same time we’re at mercy of our suppliers and shipping companies. Most of our products are stored in U.S. warehouses and your shipment will arrive shortly.
